By accessing or using the services provided by Professional Home Relocation ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide professional relocation and moving services including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and storage. The specific scope of services will be outlined in your service agreement.

Quotations and Payments

• All quotes provided are valid for a specified period as mentioned in the quote.
• Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement.
• Additional charges may apply for changes in scope, stairs/elevators not available, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about items to be moved.
• Ensure that all items are properly prepared for moving.
• Declare any valuable, fragile, or hazardous items in advance.
• Be present or appoint a representative during pickup and delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Professional Home Relocation will take reasonable care of your belongings. However, we are not liable for:

• Damage due to improper packing by the customer
• Acts of God, natural disasters, or events beyond our control
• Items of extraordinary value not declared in writing
• Normal wear and tear of items

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the agreed terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
